安妮卡·伊
安妮卡·伊（Anicka Yi）利用容易腐烂和不持久的媒材来进行创作，借以研究物质与物质主义、消费和消费主义之间的关系。艺术在先决上是一种视觉呈现，那么气味对于艺术的视觉呈现会有什么反应？她的创作就在于探索艺术的感官经验。利用气味，表面上是吸引观者能够更近距离地体验她的作品，但也提示观者去质疑：传统艺术经验建立在艺术作品与观者之间的距离——这种距离根深蒂固就潜在着，并且貌似不可侵犯。安妮卡.伊透过检视持久性和稍纵即逝的二分法，来探讨「价值」相对于艺术的意义，她经常都会将容易腐烂的食品纳入创作，以及在展示过程中不可避免会腐烂败坏掉的各种天然质材。
